工作职责：：

掌管欧洲供给链公司的人力资源的培训，分配，铺排，领导和训练来实现仓库运营人力资源的指标；执行政策和法式； 通报工作进展；规划，监督，评估和审核工作绩效；

Accomplishes warehouse operations human resource objectives by training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees; enforcing policies and procedures；communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions;

两全仓库运营治理的信息，为实现仓库运营指标，提出战术建议；制订并实现出产打算；执行出产，对出产率，质量，客户服务尺度进行治理；解决问题；实现审核；

Achieves warehouse operations operational objectives by contributing warehouse operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits;

成立库内运营系统，分析和治理库内工作流程，人员配置，空间治理，设备布局；

Develops warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout;

共同实现仓库运营的财政指标，预测需要，编制预算，铺排支出，分析差距，并制订纠错措施；

Meets warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

制订，遵守并执行安全工作环境和尺度，遵守司律例定；

Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

制订接见政策和法式，协调安全数门，制订流程，；げ聘；

Secures property by developing protection and access policies and procedures; coordinating patrols with security department.

任职要求：：

3年以上仓库治理工作经验，占有以上经理级别工作经验

At least 3 years working experience in the Warehouse Management fields, with recent departmental Manager role

有跨国企业有关工作经验

Possession of practical knowledge and actual working experience in Both Chinese and European corporations, extensive comprehension in enterprise Culture are essential for this position;

中文和英语听说读写流畅

Fluency (writing and speaking) in Chinese and English
