工作职责：：

1.掌管区域、、整体仓库布局、、规划及运作治理，，，分配和治理仓库日产工作；；；

Manage the warehouse layout,planning,and operation; assign and monitor day-to- day tasks

2.确保运营和业务质量，，，成本，，，功效以及安全尺度达到公司尺度；；；

Make sure that quality, cost, delivery, involvement and safety standards are properly implemented

3.设计、、美满、、执行仓库规章制度，，，规范作业尺度和流程，，，建设设备人员等；；；

Develop, improve and execute warehouse policies and regulations;standardize operation procedure

4.监控仓库入库的时效情况，，，实时解决异常作业情况；；；

Monitor the end to end supply chain process to ensure operation efficiency, troubleshoot and resolve issues in timely manner;

5.掌管对员工的培训领导、、绩效查核治理，，，以及节制部门人均作业成本，，，并提出合理化建议。。

Oversees employee training, performance appraisal; budget control and provide improvement proposals.

任职要求：：

1.拥有跨境电商或者外洋仓治理工作经验；；；

Experience in cross-border e-commerce or oversea warehouse management;

2.有很强的沟通协调能力、、判断与决策能力、、人际能力、、影响力、、打算与执行能力

Excellent communication & coordination skills, strong leadership & judgment & decision-making abilities; you are also an influential leader with strong planning and execution skills;

3.中、、英文流畅

Proficiency in Mandarin and English reading, writing and speaking.。。
