工作职责：：：

1.Responsible for the timely preparation of Dutch GAAP and the financial statements of the assigned legal entities.

2. Responsible for the monthly closing process.

3. Control and maintain quarterly balance sheet reconciliations and balance sheet reviews with management reports

4. Drive efficiencies and process improvements, ensuring compliance with company policy & procedures, local and IFRS requirements

5. Ensuring that financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards

6. Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting.

任职要求：：：

1. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

2. At least five years' experience in general ledger accounting, or similar.

3. Excellent working knowledge of Dutch GAAP and indepth experience on compliance and accounting requirements across multi EMEA jurisdictions. Experience with local GAAP and IFRS is considered a plus

4. Proficiency with Exact、SAP preferred and Microsoft Office with solid Excel skills

5. Ability to meet tight deadlines, handle a demanding and fluctuating workload and at the same time provide accurate and reliable data.

6. Fluent in Dutch and Chinese is a plus.
